Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after your order has been placed.
Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
During periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly extended.
Shipping Times
Estimated delivery time is 3–10 business days after your order has been shipped.
Please note that delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on your location, courier services, customs processing (if applicable), weather conditions, or other factors outside of our control.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. Where available, tracking information will be included so you can monitor your shipment.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at checkout.
If an incorrect shipping address is provided, please contact us as soon as possible. While we will do our best to assist, we cannot guarantee changes can be made once an order has been processed.
Rezzoo is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address supplied by the customer.
Delayed or Lost Shipments
While we work with trusted shipping partners, delivery delays may occasionally occur.
If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us and we will investigate the shipment with the carrier.
International Shipping
We currently ship to selected countries. Shipping availability may vary depending on your location.
Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges required by their local authorities.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the issue where possible. We will work with you to resolve the matter as quickly as possible.
