Use WINYEL every day for 30 days. If after consistent daily use you're still not satisfied with the taste or how easy it is to drink, message us and we'll refund every cent. You can keep what's left of the pouch.
How to request a refund
- Email cxuw.support@gmail.com with your order number and a short note.
- We reply within 2 business days.
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Damaged or wrong item
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we'll ship a replacement free of charge.
Non-returnable items
For hygiene reasons, we do not accept physical returns of opened pouches — refunds are handled remotely under the guarantee above.
